10 Minute Prawn & Chorizo Spicy Rice

400g of cooked prawns

300g of wholegrain cooked rice

1 tbsp of cumin

1 tbsp of paprika

Handful of kidney beans

1 chopped carrot

6 thin chorizo slices

Handful of spinach



  1. Pre-heat frying pan with 1 tsp of coconut oil, add prawns, carrot wholegrain rice, cumin and paprika before stirring around and cooking on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Next, add and stir in the kidney beans, chorizo and spinach and simmer for a further 5 minutes until piping hot. Easy!
