Gooey Chocolate Brownies

Recipe makes 2 brownies

Ingredients:

  • 20g oats
  • 20g almond butter
  • ½ medium mashed avocado
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste/vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

 

STEP 1:

Add all ingredients, except coconut oil to a large mixing bowl. Mash avocado and banana with a fork before adding.

STEP 2:

Mix ingredients together until consistency it even. Place ½ a teaspoon of coconut oil in 2 hollows in baking tray and smear evenly with kitchen roll.

STEP 3:

Spoon mixture evenly into hollows and place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees. Cook for 15-20 mins, checking regularly.

The ‘gooeyer’ you want these, the less time they need in the oven! Enjoy!
