20g of oats
1 scoop of vanilla whey
1 tsp of baking powder
3 tbsp of 0% fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp of cinnamon
50ml of water (only if its a little too thick)
Hot Apple & Caramel Sauce Ingredients
1/2 an apple
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of cinnamon
50ml of water (only if its a little thick)
1 tsp of coconut oil
- Add all of the pancake ingredients to a blender.bullet and blitz until smooth. You may need to add 50ml of water if the mixture is slightly too thick.
- Pre-heat pan, add the coconut oil and add 2 tbsp of the pancake batter per pancake. Cook for 60-90 seconds on each side before stacking up on a plate (batter should yield 5/6 pancakes).
- Once you’ve done this, quickly wash out your blender/bullet before add ing all of the hot sauce ingredients and blitzing. Then get a small saucepan, pour the sauce from the blender/bullet into the saucepan before gently heating on the hob for 3-4 minutes.
- Finally, pour the hot apple & caramel sauce over your pancake stack and add a couple of fruits of your choice!
