Red Turkey Chilli

Chilli Ingredients

500g turkey mince

2 cans of kidney beans

1 chopped red pepper

10 halved cherry tomatoes

1 tin of chopped tomatoes

400g tomato passata

2 tbsp cumin

2tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp dried basil

1 tbsp chipotle flakes

5 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Nachos ingredients:

10 tortilla chips per portion

20g of grated cheddar per portion



    1. Pre-heat large pan before adding 1 tsp of coconut oil and turkey mince. Brown off mince for 2 minutes before adding chopped tomatoes & passata.
    2. Chop up red pepper and drain off kidney beans before adding to the pan along with all the other chilli ingredients. Reduce heat and stir occasionally for a further 10 minutes.
    3. Prepare nachos by adding to a foiled baking tray before sprinkling the grated cheddar on top and putting in a pre-heated oven for 2-3 mins at 190 degrees C.
    4. Serve up!
