1 tbsp of melted coconut oil
100g of oats
2 scoops of chocolate/vanilla whey protein powder
2 tbsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp of cacao powder
1 tsp of baking powder
Handful of raspberries
Handful of blueberries
100ml of almond milk
- Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C.
- In a large mixing bowl mix up all ingredients until even consistency is achieved
- Pour mixture into a baking tray and bake in oven for 20 minutes and serve!
*Depending on your baking tray, you may want to grease/line the tray before you pour the mixture in to stop it sticking once baked!
