  • 3 plain rice cakes
  • 1 kiwi
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 1 heaped tbsp of nut butter (peanut, almond or cashew)



Spread 1/3 of the nut butter over 1 rice cake. De-skin and chop 1 kiwi and place evenly on nut butter so it sticks!


Place another rice cake on top and carefully spread the 2nd third of the nut butter on top before adding the blueberries on top of nut butter.


Add remaining rice cake on top, spread remainder of nut butter and add raspberries on top of the ‘McSnack Tower’!
