Low Carb Nepalese Chicken Curry

This one tastes OUT OF THIS WORLD! It’s SO simple to make and goes well with chicken, any white fish or even tofu! I’ve gone with chicken in my recipe below!


6 Chicken breasts

2 tins of chopped tomatoes

1 onion

2 red chillis

4 cloves of garlic

Handful of spinach

2 tbsp of curry powder

3 tbsp of cumin

1 tbsp of ginger paste

1 tbsp of cinnamon

A few fresh coriander leaves

1 tsp of turmeric

Salt & pepper to taste



  1. Chop up chicken breasts, onion, chillis & peeled garlic gloves before adding to a large pre-heated pan with a tsp of olive oil.
  2. Cook on a high heat for 3 mins before reducing heat and adding the chopped tomatoes and all other ingredients.
  3. Stir well initially before placing a lid on the pan and leaving to simmer for 15-20 mins.
  4. Finally add additional chopped chilli during serving if you desire!
